The successful person will play a vital role in the growth and successful management of our portfolio and the delivery of a variety of interesting healthcare projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include providing services to our Joint Venture partners, traditional asset management of the existing estate, management of capital projects, acquisition and leasing of properties, project specific activities across our managed services property portfolio, and the development of our corporate business proposals.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in asset management or development management, property management, end-to-end involvement in the delivery of projects, commercial awareness, and effective time management skills.
Reward package includes salary $< 45,000 - $< 55,000 per annum, discretionary 10% annual bonus, 33 days of annual leave p.a., contributory pension scheme, staff benefits package, business mileage allowance, CPD and training, academic and professional qualification support, and professional institution fees reimbursed.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of general education (BSc Hons Degree, A levels, BTEC, HND etc); a full driving license is essential, and an appropriate Health & Safety qualification is desirable.
