On behalf of our client, NRL Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Administrator for work in the Leatherhead area.
Duration: Initial 5 month contract
Rate: £20p/h PAYE (£22.90p/h inc Hol Pay)
Full time on site – 40hrs p/w
Job Description:
1. Organise meeting rooms and catering
2. Organise seating and furniture requirements as people join/leave the team
3. Write project letters, number, issue and file
4. Organise SharePoint access and access for new starters and visitors
5. Organise taxis etc for visitors
6. Liaise with IT for conference room problems and general IT requirements for project team
7. Get the TV monitor ready for 11am tool box talks and distribute the tool box notes
8. Ensure photocopiers etc., are working/replenished by IT
9. Organise business travel arrangements
10. Maintain project admin lists/registers on SharePoint - vacation/IT equipment/catering/travel/letter logs etc.
11. Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel, and DocuSign
