Our client is a highly successful design consultancy who due to continued success are seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer. This is a very exciting opportunity to become part of the leadership team and help to influence and shape the ongoing growth of the business for 2025 and beyond.
My client redefines the capabilities expected from a building services consulting engineers delivering highly technical, quality and detailed designs. With a focus on an outstanding level of personal attention to all projects, utilisation of the knowledge base, technical expertise, strength of resource and management experience the team holds. A hands-on approach is delivered on all projects, with the directors being closely involved from inception to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the electrical engineering design team consisting of 10 Electrical Engineers from junior to principal level.
* Develop and implement technical knowledge within the company.
* Manage the successful delivery of electrical design packages.
* Engage with clients, contributing to presentations and external meetings.
* Coordinate with external design teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
* Provide internal leadership and mentorship to the electrical team.
