We’re recruiting a Team Leader to join our team as part of the Restart scheme.
You will play a crucial role in delivering the best experience to our participants and clients. In this role, you will lead a team of Employment Advisors, Trainers, Assistant Employment Advisors, and Site Coordinators, inspiring them to meet all contractual performance and quality targets.
Your responsibilities include supporting your team in overcoming barriers faced by employment participants and ensuring each individual leaves with the confidence and skills needed to secure and maintain employment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective coaching and mentoring skills and have supervisory experience. We value high initiative and motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Candidates from backgrounds such as sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or employability are encouraged to apply, as we provide on-the-job training for sector-specific knowledge.
This role is part of our range of Employability & Health contracts supporting unemployed individuals back to work, specifically within the Restart Scheme.
In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £29,858 to £32,585 per annum/pro-rata (dependent on experience), along with benefits including:
