Role Responsibilities – Social Media Manager:
* Oversee day-to-day management of professional social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
* Create captivating content on behalf of the organisation's social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
* Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
* Develop and implement social media strategies and tactics with the aim of increasing customer engagement and converting into sales.
* Manage budgets for paid social media campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Develop and implement paid social media strategies to meet short and long-term targets.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns, from planning to optimization.
* Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
* Collect consumer data and analyze social media interactions and visits to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Monitor and report progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
* Increase traffic to the website and subscriptions to magazines.
Requirements – Social Media Manager:
* Previous experience of social media management in a professional setting required.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Multitasking and the ability to prioritize.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in developing effective marketing campaigns.
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Photoshop.
