Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and provide change management expertise to a technology services organization within an enterprise level environment. This individual will design organizational change management - OCM deliverables, train project teams on the change management approach and coach stakeholders on change management activities utilizing Prosci's change management methodology and tools.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.41) is $32.04 - $60.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science (or a closely related field) is preferred.
2. 8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
3. 10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
4. 12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
5. Experience should include direct work experience as a business analyst, business system analyst, strategic business partner, organizational change manager or equivalent. Experience should be progressively more complex in nature.
Demonstrable experience with change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Technical interviewing skills:
1. Possess functional/process interviewing skills in the business environment.
2. Possess ability to facilitate groups through process design and requirements gathering sessions.
3. Strong technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical, and statistical.
4. Large-scale organizational change efforts.
5. Demonstrable experience with Prosci methodology for Change Management.
