This is a great opportunity for a passionate customer services person to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford.
Role Description.
• Receive and process client orders.
• File applications for the selection of goods in the warehouse.
• Process customer documentation, ensuring orders are fulfilled and the customer database is kept up to date.
• Send information letters to the clients.
• Arrange, sort and archive shipping documents in a timely and proper manner; amend the documents for shipment in due time (in cases of return, defective goods, re-sorting, incorrect prices).
• Issue invoices for payment.
• Produce reports as defined and required.
Skills and Qualifications.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interface effectively with internally and externally customers.
• Commitment to working as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
• Previous administrative experience within a Customer Services Department (desirable).
