Bookings Coordinator
Manchester City Centre
ASAP - Ongoing (No end date)
Part Time Hours - between 15-26 hours per week
Monday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Hybrid Working (after training)
£11.80-£12.30
(For students, you must have a permanent residence in Greater Manchester as you would be required to work throughout holiday periods).

With a growing demand for their services, they are expanding their team and want to hire talented & motivated individuals who wish to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule bookings based on client requirements and availability.
2. Communicate with clients to confirm booking details and address any queries or concerns.
3. Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and other departments.
4. Collaborate with the sales department to ensure accurate and timely updates regarding bookings.
5. Maintain a record of bookings and generate reports as required.
6. Provide best in class service to all customers and colleagues.
7. Continuously strive to improve booking processes and identify areas for optimisation.
Requirements:
1. A proven track record in inbound/outbound bookings or sales.
2. Strong order processing and systems skills.
3. Excellent organisational abilities, with the ability to prioritise.
4. Fantastic interpersonal, customer service & communication skills (written and verbal).
5. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across departments.
6. Adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Confident and calm and able to build rapport easily with customers.
8. Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly while paying attention to detail.
