A leading industrial and commercial roofing and cladding contractor is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work on nationwide projects. Ideally, being based in the Midlands would be useful as the head office is in Tewkesbury.

The Role:
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the overall management and running of all site activities on multiple contracts. They will manage the long-term and day-to-day operations of the projects and ensure that we are working safely, efficiently, in line with the project design, programme, and regulations.
The job holder will be the main contact between the site and office and the main point of contact for projects that they manage. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail, are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing site documentation including RAMS, H&S paperwork, drawings, and ITPs for distribution and communication to the site supervisors and teams.
2. Contact and management of contracts supervisors and operatives.
3. Commercial control and management of the projects.
4. Implementing ITPs for quality assurance and compliance of installations.
5. Control and management of plant.
6. Liaising with clients to ensure contracts are undertaken on time, safely, and to the best quality standards.
7. Efficiently managing all elements of the projects and personnel involved through the various stages of secured projects such as programming, design, procurement, site establishment, installation, handover, practical completion, and aftercare requirements.

An industrial and commercial roofing and cladding subcontractor. The company works throughout the UK, currently with the majority of work through West & East Midlands, South West Severn Region, South Wales, Oxford & Thames Valley, Anglia, Yorks & Humber.
The Person:
Preferably experience in this role within the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector, SMSTS qualified, NVQ to project or construction manager level, CSCS, CPCS, H&S Training Qualifications, Roofing & Cladding System Training. Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with all people including labour, senior site management, and clients.
