About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative/ Driver to join our team at the Equipment Support Facility.
Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee loading/unloading of goods from vehicles.
* Inspect and verify incoming goods against shipping paperwork and KBR purchase Orders.
* Receipt goods on WMS and allocate goods to correct project holding area.
* Raise discrepancy report on damaged or incorrect goods.
* Prepare and complete orders for delivery/collection ensuring all goods comply with shipping policy.
* Ensure correct orders leave site on timely manner with correct documentation.
* Implement and monitor HSSE procedures at front of house for all visitors and staff.
* Control traffic flow and vehicle movements in loading yard.
* Carry out high standard of housekeeping throughout goods in/out areas.
* Ensure company vehicles are maintained and kept presentable at all times.
* One daily delivery run to delivery points as required by projects.
* Carry out collection/delivery on ad hoc basis as required.
* Any other duties as directed by the ESF Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* A minimum of 1 year Warehouse experience.
* An excellent awareness of Health and Safety issues supported by relevant qualifications including handling dangerous goods.
* Self-motivated and has the ability to work on own initiative with little supervision.
* Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
* High degree of IT literacy.
* Clean UK Driving Licence held over 12 months.
* Must be comfortable to drive LWB vehicle.
* Forklift License.
The role is based full time on-site in Swindon.
A full, clean UK Driver’s License is required.
Must be qualified to operate Forklifts.
