Ensuring on-time equipment delivery is critical for operational success. SLB is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to improve maintenance efficiency and productivity in our Maintenance Base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain assigned equipment according to the reliability centered maintenance strategy through Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work procedures.
* Record materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment performance history within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems, adhering to transactional discipline.
* Comply with Division TLM standards and best practices.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
* Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time and efficiency of Maintenance Technicians.
* Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and reuse of parts.
* Conduct failure investigations as assigned.
* Comply with TLM Competency Management System requirements.
Essential Requirements:
* Hold a Technical Diploma (HND/HNC level) or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with wireline units, stimulation pumps, coiled tubing equipment, and other related machinery.
* Be available for short-term off-shore assignments on an ad-hoc basis.
* Demonstrate a desire to work in fast-paced, dynamic businesses handling high-value, technically complex products/projects.
* Possess the right to work in the UK.

Compensation and Benefits:
