Location: Croydon Pay Scale: £22,000 - £25,000 Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 5 days, 35 hours weekly, flexibility between 07:00 and 18:00, depending on business needs. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Resourcer to join our Secondary Department. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about education, recruitment and providing excellent service to our educators. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing the best teaching and support staff in schools across South London, ensuring that we meet the schools' and educators' needs. You will be expected to be detail oriented and efficient at administrative tasks to ensure we maintain speed and quality in the recruitment and onboarding process. Responsibilities: • Identify and attract high-quality teaching and support staff through various recruitment channels. • Conduct thorough screening processes to ensure candidate suitability. • Make sure all educators' first impression of Future Education is excellent. • Maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing candidates to ensure a robust talent pool. • Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and match candidates with suitable vacancies. • Manage communications with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. • Support with in-person recruitment events such as university and careers fairs. • Handle administrative duties related to recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases and records. • Be flexible and willing to shift focus depending on the needs of the business. • Front line support in phone and email management. Requirements: • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role would be desirable, preferably in the education sector. • Full UK driving licence is preferred, the ability to commute daily to our Croydon office is required. • Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent qualification Additional Information Humly is in the process of acquiring Future Education.
