Receptionist / Administrator - Accountancy - Bromley - Part Time - £27,000 pro rata - 3 Month FTC Wise May are looking for a part time Receptionist / Administrator to work in an extremely friendly Accountancy company based in the Bromley, Kent area. A 3 month contract with a possible opportunity to turn permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a local professional part time role in a supportive and friendly environment. Hours required for the role: Thursday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30. Duties: Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients. Post/delivery management. Booking couriers, parking spaces and meeting rooms. Managing booking of meeting rooms and set up; IT set up, refreshments, keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy. Assisting the Accountancy and Property teams. Aiding on a variety of ad hoc projects/admin tasks. Document storage; management/sending files off for archiving. Replenishing stationery for the office, or other products as appropriate. Sending invoices and receipts to accounts for processing. Experience / skills required: Reliable, team player, keen to learn, positive nature, hardworking and enthusiastic. Typing skills would a bonus. Proof reading, word formatting Someone who is pro-active and uses their initiative Polite and well presented
