Receptionist / Administrator - Accountancy - Bromley - Part Time - £27,000 pro rata - 3 Month FTC
Wise May are looking for a part time Receptionist / Administrator to work in an extremely friendly Accountancy company based in the Bromley, Kent area. A 3 month contract with a possible opportunity to turn permanent.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a local professional part time role in a supportive and friendly environment.
Hours required for the role: Thursday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30.
Duties:
* Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients.
* Post/delivery management.
* Booking couriers, parking spaces and meeting rooms.
* Managing booking of meeting rooms and set up; IT set up, refreshments, keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy.
* Assisting the Accountancy and Property teams.
* Aiding on a variety of ad hoc projects/admin tasks.
* Document storage; management/sending files off for archiving.
* Replenishing stationery for the office, or other products as appropriate .
* Sending invoices and receipts to accounts for processing.
