Provide assistance and support to a number of Account Executives Service a portfolio of Key Clients with dedication and a high standard of customer service Handle general administration tasks including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients What will you need?
