What you will be doing:
* As one of our Smart Locker Technician Trainees, you will be fully trained through our 2-year programme to perform efficient installations, maintenance, and repair services on our Smart Lockers located across the outlined field-based areas.
* You will ensure our Smart Locker customers receive outstanding service and embrace the Ricoh core value of Customer Centricity.
* We also ask that you strive to achieve self-improvement and continuous professional development in order to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of the products and services Ricoh supports.

Ricoh Smart Lockers are the best solution to transform time-consuming manual tasks into automated processes. They are connected technologies used to deliver secure storage space and manage transactional processes.
Our Ricoh Smart Lockers deliver secure authenticated 24x7 access, with cloud-based monitoring providing real-time visibility, tracking, insights, and reporting.
You will ideally have:
* A desire to work in a technical environment and passion for technology
* Strong working knowledge or formal training or qualification across a variety of IT technology
* Clean valid UK driving licence
* Proven problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate well
* Good decision-making ability
* Enthusiastic and desire for continuous improvement
