About our Team

Our Inside sales team is dedicated to partnering with smaller organisations to address and solve their risk problems. Account Managers manage a book of high volume, low value accounts and partner with our clients remotely, through digital channels.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who is wanting to take an initial step into sales. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, task-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent client service. To ensure customer success and retention within the assigned territory, this role requires organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of client interactions and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional client support to a large book of low value accounts
* Retaining and nurturing the assigned book of business and identifying growth opportunities
* Efficiently managing daily tasks such as responding to client inquiries, processing orders, and updating CRM systems.
* Meeting assigned KPI’s
* Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client issues promptly.
* Creating and maintaining accurate records of training provided to clients
* Identifying client training requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
* Proactive and empathetic in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
* Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify trends and opportunities
* Adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
* Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
