* Strong client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Proficiency in IT, with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Xero
* Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with the tax department on personal tax returns
* Experience and knowledge of the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
