RMG is growing has a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisor, working within a small customer focused team, receiving calls from our Scottish customers, dealing with their day to day queries, e.g. discussing invoices, payments and repairs. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from our customers in Edinburgh and Glasgow - supporting with general queries and those relating to invoices, payments and repairs. Sending out customer communications / mail merges. Looking into supplier queries and reconciling suppliers' accounts. Action credits on supplier accounts following reconciliation. Uploading supplier invoices onto the correct system, upon receipt. Other tasks as requested by your Team Leader. What are we looking for from you? We're looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is required and if you have the right skills and attitude, you can really forge a career within RMG. It's a given you will be a great communicator, be able to demonstrate empathy and be happy to go out of your way to help both customers and colleagues.
