ABOUT US:
White Rose Garages is the South’s most popular garage by some margin. In short, we make our customers’ motoring lives easier and less stressful. We do this by offering a truly unique, friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and responsive experience.
We need to expand our workshop team with the addition of a Master Vehicle Technician to maintain our legendary service levels and provide the capacity we need to continue on our quest.
We’ve got lovely customers…
We’ve got a fantastic front-of-house team…
We’ve got a capable technician team…
We just need you!
We’ve been doing this a looooong time—so we’re very clear about the kind of people we need to help us on our mission to become THE MOST TRUSTED INDEPENDENT GARAGE IN THE SOUTH.
Reasons Why We're an Amazing Place to Work
* We are a super friendly, supportive, and collaborative team.
* There are GENUINE prospects for personal development and growth.
* We have fun while getting the job done.
* You’ll start off with 24 days of paid time off (plus bank holidays!).
* Super team-member discounts that you can pass on to your close friends and family.
Is This the Single GREATEST TECHNICIAN Job in the Entire WORLD?!
Probably... maybe... you tell me!
And here’s why:
We’re not a start-up. We’ve been doing what we do for a long time now—helping customers stay reliable and safe on the road.
We have a proven, tried, and tested system for getting things done day in, day out, which removes all the guesswork. But what we need are great people to operate the system.
PLUS: You’ll have our world-class front-of-house team (who are second to none!) working tirelessly to deliver on the front-end operations to support you.
That means you won’t be spending your day dealing with poorly organized workflows and diary management.
Let's Talk Money
We TYPICALLY PAY 20% MORE than the average Technician role—because we don’t go for average!

* You’re competent at researching repair methods, technical data, and specifications.
* When a vehicle doesn’t start after replacing the cambelt, you won’t just throw parts at it hoping for the best.

* You treat spending customers' and the company’s money as if it were your own.
* Investing in tools and equipment is second nature to you.
