About the Role:
Are you a passionate and adaptable Secondary Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in Tavistock and surrounding areas? We are seeking dedicated supply teachers to work across various secondary schools, covering a range of subjects and year groups. Whether you’re looking for short-term, long-term, or ad-hoc placements, we have roles to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different subjects (where applicable)
* Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles
* Follow lesson plans provided or create engaging learning experiences where necessary
* Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies
* Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and subjects
* A passion for education and supporting student development
