About the Role The People Manager is the glue that keeps our team thriving and buzzing. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities will include operating the employee lifecycle, managing our HRIS system, talent acquisition, supporting employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions critical to the success of HelloSelf. Maintaining excitement while shaping our organisational culture and contributing to the growth and development of our team members Onboarding : Handle everything from paperwork to right-to-work checks, DBS, induction sessions, and guiding newbies like a pro. Oh, and making goodbyes just as meaningful with smooth off-boarding and exit chats.
