Are you an experienced Practice Manager seeking an exciting new career opportunity? We are thrilled to present a role for someone with exceptional management skills and a passion for supporting veterinary teams in delivering outstanding animal care at a well-established RCVS-accredited practice in Fife.
As Practice Manager, you will take a central role in overseeing the daily operations of the practice. You will collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless workflows and the delivery of top-tier care to patients. Your responsibilities will include managing financial operations, such as billing, insurance claims, and budget oversight, as well as coordinating staffing, equipment, and facility maintenance. Most importantly, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive, client-focused atmosphere that prioritises the well-being of both staff and patients.
Based in Kirkcaldy, Fife, this role offers an excellent quality of life in a picturesque coastal town with access to beautiful parks and natural landscapes.
