They boast ambitious and exciting growth plans as they have just gone through another successful round of funding As they continue to grow rapidly, they are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join their Marketing team This is a newly created role, where you’ll have the ability to shape the role and drive growth. As a key member of their marketing team, reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of developing and executing dynamic content strategies aimed at driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with their sales team as well as our sector marketing managers to ensure seamless alignment with broader business goals. You will be responsible for Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support sales targets. Content Creation : Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for demand generation campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events. Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, using marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product team and wider marketing team to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and lead follow-up processes. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape. The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Demand Generation Manager are: SaaS Expertise: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS technology environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Can demonstrate experience of using AI to enhance campaign results and improve productivity. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, such as conversions, customer acquisition cost, and ROI. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creativity: Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
