Global Paid Social Manager We’re looking for a driven, analytical and creatively minded Paid Social Manager, who’s not afraid to be hands-on, to take ownership of our paid social strategy. This role will involve actively running the ads, in collaboration with our paid social exec, to rapidly scale our paid social activity. The role will report into the Senior Global Performance Marketing Manager and be responsible for the full funnel performance, as well as planning and optimising campaigns across all social platforms. This role will involve actively running the ads as we in-house activity, with the support of our paid social exec. You’ll be creatively minded as well as possessing strong analytical skills to further expand our omni-channel proposition. Close collaboration with our content and creative teams will be a crucial component of the role, helping to deliver and distribute content that cuts through the noise. You will be in charge from ideation to execution, in collaboration with the wider marketing team and our agency, to drive forward performance, ensuring that content opportunities are fully optimised in line with the communications and commercial calendars. The role requires in-depth experience and expertise in paid social platforms. You will be involved in exciting product launches, major technology deployments and operate within a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. Main responsibilities: Ownership of Global Paid Social strategy whilst localising for our different markets. Full management of, and responsibility for, paid social performance across channels. Managing and developing our paid social executive. Work with creative team and influencer manager to deliver best in class social first content. Manage social budgets and determine optimal spend across different platforms. Work with content team to curate high converting landing pages. Work with our marketing data analyst to develop strong understanding around broader impact of our paid social activity. Maintain a proactive approach to ad copy and landing page testing to improve conversion rate. Ensure best practices and new developments are in place across all accounts. Work closely with the commercial team to identify new opportunities and optimise performance. Personal attributes and skills: An in-depth knowledge of social ad platforms, META and Tiktok essential, additional platforms desirable. Understanding of importance of social-first content and how to properly brief and measure it. Experience operating hands-on across social platforms. Experience managing medium sized account budgets. Understanding of 1st party data, audience targeting and how to use it effectively. Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical. A self-starter, able to define and execute plans. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail. Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership. Experience in an omni-environment beneficial.
