The Role include 12 hours as supernumerary and 24 Hours as Team Leader on the floor. Deputy Manager Responsibilities: The Deputy Manager will ensure care plans for our residential residents are completed within the timescales require by the company policy and ensure that all care plans are evaluated at least once a calendar month. You will ensure all our team members are fully competent with medication, ensuring weekly audits are completed and medication is requested in plenty of time. Medication handling must be always carried out correctly, including ensuring all old medication is returned to the pharmacy each month and it is booked in on a timely basis.
