Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a major consumer business in Bracknell to recruit for a CRM Loyalty Manager to join the team!
This is a newly created role, and one for someone to truly make their own and be responsible for creating a good and working CRM process specifically within loyalty. Initially, there will be some projects to cover off such as data cleansing and then it's onto more of the inner workings of the CRM.
Duties include:
1. Help define the CRM strategy and customer journey for Loyalty scheme
2. Manage the marketing plans for the scheme
3. In-depth target audience research and data-driven customer segmentation
4. Ongoing optimisation and managing different campaigns for different audience groups
The successful candidate will have CRM experience (Loyalty CRM experience would be amazing but not mandatory) and someone who understands the workings and successes of utilising a CRM to its best. Initially analysing data and customer behaviours; and then putting together a plan for a Loyalty scheme to roll out.
