Bid Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to work within their small Bid team in Oxford to achieve successful outcomes for each allocated tender.
Bid Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
1. Develop and evaluate winning strategies, directing resources to enhance bid success.
2. Lead on bids and proposals to ensure the best chance of winning work.
3. Ensure resources for quality submissions are in place, and timescales are met.
4. Manage bids, ensuring that submissions are of a high standard.
5. Organise all necessary bid-related meetings throughout the tender process.
6. Oversee the tender program, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
7. Maintain lines of communication with joint venture partners.
8. Support the marketing manager with comms and marketing tasks, including event planning and awards, and general marketing admin.

Bid Coordinator Essentials
15. Bid and tendering experience ideally within the architectural, construction or engineering industry
16. It is essential that you have strong IT skills including the use of Adobe InDesign for creating tender proposals
