About the Role
The Quality Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance and certification within Global Switch. The role ensures adherence to international standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). This position drives continuous improvement in management systems and fosters a culture of compliance across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a corporate strategy for the management systems in alignment with relevant standards.
2. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements related to company adopted standards.
3. Monitor and assess updates to ISO regulations and best practices, adjusting company policies and procedures accordingly.
4. Develop the internal/external audit strategy in order to maintain company adopted accreditations and legal compliance
5. Leading a team of specialists in various standards, manage and maintain the company accreditations and legal compliance.
6. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of quality professionals.
