Customer Agent
Location: Warrington (WA3)
Pay rate: Minimum £28,000 per annum
Shift times: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
Duration: Temporary (7 months)
Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our Client based in Birchwood, for a Customer Agent.
The position of the Customer Agent works with a team of Agents, Engineers and Customer Managers. This role will empower you to own and manage the Technical and Operational relationship with a wide range of Customers from large-scale complex Utility companies to independent developers and infrastructure investment funds.
Your duties will include:
* Owning, managing and resolving customer issues in a systematic way, as well as building and maintaining relationships with customer representatives.
* Provide first-line support to customers and be the prime interface between customers and Technical Support and Engineering departments to understand and resolve technical issues and queries.
* Lead routine customer operational and technical calls & attend business reviews as required
* To work together and communicate effectively with all departments, in order to maintain a good level of interaction with the field and within the office to quickly inform and advise customers of all service operations; plan changes, delays and overruns; safety and environmental issues, etc.
* Actively seek and identify new aftermarket sales opportunities and to win and transact business.
* Own and deliver the projects that improve the efficiency of the team, improve the business and improve the Customer experience.
Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate will be effective managing a wide range of stakeholders, with previous experience in a customer-facing position for example customer service or technical support, although this is not essential.
* You should be structured and accurate and possess excellent communications skills both written and oral and be comfortable communicating with customer representatives.
* Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as being able to work independently. Pay attention to detail, stay focused, prioritise your tasks and keep the overview even during busy periods.
* You should be thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce skills are an advantage but not essential.
* Strong stakeholder management and Customer service skills

* Proactive and eager for improvement
* Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues across the UK, Ireland and further
Essential:
* Previous customer service experience
* To be organised and able to prioritise list of duties
