We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office activities for a prestigious aerospace client. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements
* Assisting with office operations, including facilities management and maintenance
* Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Developing and maintaining office procedures and policies
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A 12-month contract is offered with a competitive hourly rate of £13.60.
