We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team, working on social housing properties across Norwich area. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential social housing settings. As part of a dedicated team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of residents' homes. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work on social housing properties. * Ensure compliance with relevant electrical regulations and health and safety standards. * Inspect and test electrical systems and components. * Work in line with company policies and procedures for all jobs. * Complete paperwork and documentation as required, ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and standards. * Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and breakdowns. * Provide exceptional customer service when liaising with tenants and clients. * Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe operation. * Travel to different sites within Norfolk and North Suffolk to carry out electrical works. Required Qualifications and Skills: * City and Guilds 5357 (including AM2S) or equivalent (depending on qualifying period). * City and Guilds 2360 – Part 1 and Part 2 or City and Guilds 2330 Level 2 and Level 3. * City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations). * Ideally, City and Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing). * AM2 (depending on the compl * City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. * etion of NVQ). * Full UK Driving Licence – Travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk is required. * Previous experience in Property Maintenance or similar roles within the social housing sector. * Good IT skills for managing job tickets, completing digital reports, and using other relevant software.
