Full-time, working up to 30 hours per week, the successful candidate should be flexible and available to work weekdays and over the weekend on a rota basis.
The successful candidates must be flexible and also available to work at busy peak periods and holiday times.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain assigned areas of work, working to a high standard specification of the premises, ensuring cleanliness, presentable, tidy and hygienic premises at all times to welcome our customers to enjoy a pleasurable experience.
The role will involve:
* Maintaining excellent hygiene standards throughout the premises
* Carrying out a wide range of cleaning activities such as sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning windows, dusting and polishing, vacuuming
* Rubbish disposal
* Maintaining health and safety standards
* Other general housekeeping and cleaning requests by management
* Maintaining cleaning stock and supplies
* Reporting any faults or potential hazards
* Frequent deep cleaning of w/c’s
* Cleaning of breakages and spillages
* Occasional support in kitchen – deep clean or kitchen porter duties
Previous experience may be considered advantageous.
Experience:
* Previous experience in hospital or commercial cleaning is preferred
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Applicants should be 17 years or over.
Rate of pay: Age 18-20 £10.00, Age 21+ £11.50
