A business within the Construction industry is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Compliance Coordinator to join their team in Bury St Edmunds.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking someone with a blend of financial and compliance expertise to help maintain and enhance their operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
2. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards within the construction sector, keeping up to date with relevant compliance requirements.
3. Maintain precision and accuracy in all aspects of the role, from financial records to regulatory obligations.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support a culture of compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the role:
1. Strong understanding of finance processes, including bookkeeping.
2. Knowledge of compliance requirements within the construction industry.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
