HR Administrator

Our client is looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support their team, playing a vital role in maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
* 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, process and manage employee contracts
* Gather and review HR documents to ensure adherence to compliance with company policies
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
* Work closely with payroll to ensure all employee information is up to date before payroll deadlines
* Assist HR with the distribution, management and upkeep of employee development records
* Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and monitoring applications
* Manage uniform requests and place orders
* Collaborate with other head office departments to align business schedules
What They’re Looking For:
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR or recruitment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience using a CRM system or managing a high-volume database
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively
