A construction company is hiring an Electrical Engineer to maintain their own portfolio of offices in London.
Your new company
Our client is a large, well-known construction business that is a leading infrastructure group based out of the UK. They are hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrical Engineer to operate on a van mobile basis, with a company van provided, to their own portfolio of commercial offices in London & the surrounding areas.
Your new role
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will carry out all manner of electrical maintenance and repair duties to a number of commercial properties across London. Key duties will include:
* PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Day-to-day electrical repairs (lights, sockets, switchfaces etc.)
* Fuse boards etc.
* Breakdowns etc.
* Plant room repairs and escalations as required.
* Planned maintenance and checks (emergency lighting etc.)
* General maintenance where possible (basic plumbing, carpentry etc.) - this is not essential
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in operating as a maintenance electrician within a commercial environment. You will also require:
* Electrical maintenance experience across all aspects of commercial property
* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
* 18th edition
* Gold CSCS or proof that you qualify for this (cost to prove can be covered)
* Full UK driving license
What you'll get in return
