Summary: Food Technical Manager required for a factory and customer-facing role in North West London. Chilled food experience necessary. • Degree in a food science or relative subject.
• Lead Auditor qualification preferred - minimum Auditor qualification.
• HACCP Level 3 or above.
• BRCGS lead - customer quality standards & COPs.
• Ability to understand and interpret food microbiological lab results.
This is a hands-on technical role, where you will need to collaborate across factory operations, coaching to ensure compliance and high quality standards. You will know what good looks like, driving quality improvements and setting standards.
