Kent Community Foundation (KCF) is looking for a Systems Manager to ensure the smooth operation of its IT systems and workflows. In this role, you will focus on maximizing the use of Salesforce and other technologies to increase operational efficiency. You will be on hand to provide IT troubleshooting and training for staff and be the main point of contact for the IT support company and Salesforce consultants. A key part of the role involves managing the Salesforce database, ensuring processes are efficient across all areas of KCF's work. Although KCF has support contracts with Salesforce consultants, you will need to be able to carry out some Salesforce system work and be an Administrator for the system. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT systems management, particularly with Salesforce, strong communication skills, and an understanding of IT security and compliance.
