Main duties of the job You will be responsible for the day-today functionality of the organisation's IT systems, undertaking a wide range of IT Systems management duties to include the management of QOF, claims processes. Duties can include but are not limited to, leading the running of patient searches and requested reporting data, administration of databases, user accounts, housekeeping, upgrades and general queries. In addition, the post holder will be required to provide support to the multidisciplinary team, maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, provide support to the team, ensure all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner and provide local training as necessary whilst ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
