Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you will report to the HR Business Partner and ensure that HR related administration is completed accurately and is 100% compliant. This will include ensuring systems are updated with new starters, leavers, personal details, banking information as well as amendments to salaries. You will be responsible for obtaining references and ensuring that new employees are compliant, and all relevant information is collated. You will also run reports for sales and commissions for the field-based beauticians. Additionally, you will liaise with employees on a day-to-day basis, building and maintaining internal relationships and developing credibility in-house as well as with external providers.
What you need
You will ideally have come from a beauty, retail, or hospitality background.
At least 1 - 2 years HR Administration experience.
Must have experience of processing payroll.
Ideally, you will be immediately available to start work.
