Job Title: Buyer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing indirect supplier contracts, raising purchase orders, and negotiating with existing suppliers to ensure the best prices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the purchasing manager in managing indirect services, including IT providers, facilities, HR, marketing, and other related services.
* Raise purchase orders and manage supplier contracts/quotes at the time of renewal.
* Cover all indirect services, ensuring that all relevant insurance/policy documents are filed accurately.
* Negotiate with existing suppliers to ensure the best prices.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a Buying/Procurement or Purchasing role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Confident and self-starter.
