Want to work with one of the largest youth publishers in the world; one of media's most progressive brands; be a driving force for good amongst Gen Z; and be part of an exciting growth journey?
Due to expansion and growth here at LADbible, we are looking for a Creative Producer from a social video background, to work across our branded output. You will be an expert in online video, with a creative flair to see a project through from conception, to shoot, to post and delivery. A passion for social video platforms and trends, and finding new ways to innovate is essential. You’ll know the subtle differences between making content a success on Instagram vs Facebook vs TikTok.
What the opportunity looks like
* Working with conceptual Creatives to develop top line responses into strong, audience-facing videos
* Leading the development process of videos and formats, ensuring they are developed with our audience and brand partner in mind with strong, recognisable social mechanics
* Work closely with Producers who will lead on executing the production elements of projects, such as budgets and schedules
* Working across shoots as the lead editorial voice and stepping in to direct, seeing your vision through
* Pitch and develop new ideas that will work for the LADbible Group portfolio, whilst providing plenty of brand-friendly attribution
* Develop the cross-platform activation of these core ideas to work on all platforms in our ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
* Edit produce, working with an editor to craft the final deliverables
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
* Experience as a Video / Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines
* Well-versed across social media platforms, with a particular interest in factual entertainment content, as well as watching broad, popular content, wherever it comes
* Understanding of production elements including topline level of budgets and schedules
* Strong planning and time management, working across multiple projects at different stages including concept development, storyboards, scripts and edits
* Willingness to travel within the UK if required
