Job Purpose (Role Definition):
To meet or exceed defined sales targets to deliver profitable growth of the Company's Own Brand and distributed products in designated geographical markets, whilst increasing market presence and brand awareness.
This position is primarily home-based with frequent travel, approximately 80% of the time.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver revenue through sales of the Company’s Own Brand and distributed products within the designated geographical market, in alignment with or exceeding the Company’s targets.
2. Management of the network of Distributors, ensuring they are fully supported, trained, engaged and promoting the Company’s portfolio.
3. Develop and implement successful sales strategies and achieve consistent results in support of the Company's business plan in terms of sales, gross profit, market presence and brand awareness.
4. Identify potential growth areas, market requirements, appropriate routes to market and new distribution networks for all Company products.
5. Devise strategies to promote the products to increase sales working with Marketing, Product Management and Clinical.
6. Collaborate with your line manager to formulate and execute business plans to grow the Company including the provision of market share planning and analysis and product positioning strategy.
7. Provide market and product feedback.
8. Collaborate with your line manager in terms of budget setting, forecasting and business planning.
9. Supply clinical and product support to customers and end users as required.
10. Align with Management on market development opportunities and work with the QARA team on market access and local regulatory requirements as needed.
11. Attend conferences, exhibitions and other events to represent Inspiration Healthcare, promote our products, and support local partners.
12. Comply with the Company’s Quality Management System and all local regulations.
