Quantitative Researcher
Location: Remote
Salary: Flexible depending on experience
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quantitative Researcher to join our clients dynamic Insight team. Working alongside talented professionals in a creative environment, the role of Quantitative Research will involve:
1. Questionnaire Design: Create and implement survey methodologies, including quota and sampling frameworks.
2. Data Processing: Manage online fieldwork, data processing, and analysis using various software packages.
3. Insight Delivery: Present insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting value and opportunities within their commercial context.
4. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries, offering clear research designs and actionable insights.
5. Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to share insights and support decision-making processes.
6. Proposal Development: Work with account directors and project managers to shape innovative research proposals.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience: Proven experience in market research or a related field, with a strong background in agency or client-side roles.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, DisplayR/Q, Python, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
3. Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights and present them in a compelling way.
4. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively share findings with colleagues and clients.
5. A genuine interest in personal development and staying at the forefront of quantitative research innovation.
Flexibility is required for travel to any face-to-face meetings and in-person client deliveries.
