Requirements:
- We are looking for candidates with a proven record in strong communication skills to manage security activities effectively. You should have experience in IT security administration, including documentation, audits, and incident evidence collection, with a focus on Windows and antivirus log review. Additionally, experience in organizational security administration is essential, which includes managing corrective actions, document management, security training, incident report writing, and conducting interviews with potential offenders. A solid understanding of general IT systems, particularly Windows Active Directory, Anti-Virus, and MS365 as a user, is expected. You need to appreciate challenges and be able to learn quickly. Strong task management skills and a flexible working ethic to meet customer expectations are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- As the IT Security Administrator, you will coordinate with the EMEA IT team for compliance activities and manage security compliance tasks independently. Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with the customer's IT teams in EMEA to support compliance with the global security policy, managing corrective action plans based on audit findings, and reviewing and updating the EMEA IT security policy to ensure alignment with the global security standards. You will provide IT security advice and guidance to the IT team, carry out access log reviews, organize improvements when necessary, and deliver security training to staff. It will also be your responsibility to document security processes, support security incident responses, and maintain regular communication with the customer line manager to update task progress. You will regularly connect with the management team for technical support, information sharing, and task status updates, and be prepared to handle ad hoc requests from your line manager.
