IT Support Engineer
Bristol (Onsite)
£30k to £32k DOE
DXP Talent are looking for an IT Support Engineer to be based onsite 5 days a week in Bristol with a market leading Business.
The IT Support Engineer will be providing a mix of 1st and 2nd Line support to approximately 100 users in what is mainly a Windows/Microsoft environment. You'll be the sole IT Support Engineer for the office but will be supported by colleagues in other offices across the UK, so you'll be someone who is organised, experienced at diagnosing technical faults/troubleshooting, proactive and able to provide outstanding customer service.
Day to day you'll be responding to tickets logged on the ITSM, setting up new starters, building new laptops, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (up to 2nd Line).
Key experience:
1. Windows 10 and 11 Support
2. O365 (Azure AD, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online)
3. Mobile Device Management
4. Local Network Support (VPN, LAN/WAN/TCP-IP)
