Sales Administrator Eye, Suffolk Salary is dependent on experience Full time, Permanent 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client based in Eye, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order processing, customer service and administration. Duties include: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into Sage 200, ensuring all details are correct. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for order processing, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels. Track orders through the fulfillment process and provide updates to customers. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders promptly. Generate regular reports on order status and performance metrics. Reception cover, meet and greet visitors. General administration. Experience required: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data entry and CRM systems. Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
