Role:
1. Utilise existing data models, warehouses, and ETL processes to extract and prepare relevant information for analysis and reporting
2. Create, optimise, and maintain BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making
3. Continuously improve dashboard functionality and user experience based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs
4. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data represented in reports and dashboards, adhering to data governance policies and relevant data protection regulations
5. Collaborate with Data Analysts and the Customer Insights Specialist to understand reporting needs and enhance data analysis capabilities
The Person:
6. Strong experience in using BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) for data visualisation and dashboard creation
7. Solid understanding of data analysis, interpretation, and preparation, including experience with data warehouses, databases, and ETL processes
8. Understanding of data governance principles and experience in implementing data quality measures
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with analysts, and enhance data literacy among end-users
