The Warranty Administrator Will:
1. Be based within the Service department, report to the Service Manager and work closely with all areas of Service, overseeing all warranty claims.
2. Be responsible for the warranty function ensuring that claims are managed and processed.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
4. Work in a structured & organised manner.
5. Ensure full accountability and compliance of parts and labour claimed under warranty.
6. Drive the warranty function forward through development, communication and implementation of a clear, pro-active, strategic approach.
7. Update the systems including Kerridge.
Warranty experience within a main dealer would be extremely advantageous.
