Site Manager (E6953) - Copmanthorpe Primary School
This role is term-time only, plus 5 additional weeks to be worked during school holidays.
Please note that holidays cannot be taken during term time.
Working hours during school holidays can be flexible or condensed, provided that essential opening times and staff training days are covered.
The Site Manager role is an active and hands-on position where Health and Safety is key.
We are looking for someone proactive, who will take initiative in identifying and addressing maintenance and site-related tasks in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach, ensuring the school site remains safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
Your core hours would be:
1. Mon - Fri. 07.00-09.45
2. Mon - Fri. 14.30-18.15
Salary - Grade 5 Level 1: £24,629 per annum (reduced pro-rata) / £12.77 per hour
