The Structural Steel Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager, for the Glazing division of our client based in Bournemouth.
Job Overview:
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening our position in the market, and building long-term relationships with main contractors.
What you will be doing:
• Developing and managing a strong pipeline of glazing projects
• Identifying and engaging with main contractors to be added to their tender lists
• Utilising sales tools, marketing campaigns, and historical data to generate leads
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract agreement
What you need:
• Business development experience in the glazing or wider construction industry
• Technical understanding of architectural drawings and project specifications
• A successful track record in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and negotiations
